Introduction
The intelligent continuous jacking system consists of a continuous jack, a continuous jacking pump station, a control system, etc. It is a high-tech engineering application equipment integrating electromechanical and hydraulics. The pump station of this system adopts variable frequency speed control flow technology to achieve stepless speed regulation; the system has the characteristics of 1-12 multi-point parallel precise synchronization and balanced traction, which can make the entire jacking (rotation) force process stable and without impact vibration. It is mainly used in engineering construction such as bridge rotation, overall jacking of bridge beams, and horizontal continuous jacking (traction) of large components.
