- The synchronous jacking system produced by our company uses pulse width speed control, pressure and displacement closed-loop automatic control to achieve multi-point control for heavy-load weighing, synchronous jacking, synchronous lowering, force balance and other functions.
- The hydraulic pump station in this system adopts a plunger pump in the form of valve distribution, and a load-balancing valve is installed on the pump station to reliably ensure that the jack is under oil inlet speed control during jacking and lowering, alleviating the impact of hydraulic shock on synchronization accuracy during the jack lifting and switching process.
- At the same time, the load-balancing valve can lock the jack without leakage, and can ensure that the jack will not slide freely in the event of an unexpected power outage, so that the load borne by the jack will not be out of control.
- The system is also equipped with a pressure transmitter and a detection device displacement detection device. When the jack moves, the pressure detection device can accurately measure the load borne by the jack in real time; at the same time, the displacement detection device can measure the real-time displacement of the jack.
