    A flange facing machine is a portable machining tool used to refurbish or create precision sealing surfaces on pipe flanges in situ. It mounts directly onto damaged or uneven flanges to perform on-site milling, grinding, or cutting operations – eliminating the need for costly removal and workshop machining. These machines restore flatness and surface finish (typically to Ra ≤ 3.2 μm) for reliable gasket sealing in pipelines, valves, and pressure vessels. Key applications include maintenance in oil/gas, chemical plants, and power generation where sealing integrity is critical for safety and leak prevention.

    Flange Facing Equipment Main performance:

    The flange end processing machine is designed and developed for flange surface, waterline, and sealing groove processing. It adopts the latest linear and ball screw technology. The machine adopts internal clamping and is fixed in the middle of the pipe or flange. It is used to process the inner hole, outer circle and various forms of sealing surfaces (RF, RTJ, etc.) of the flange.

    Features:

    Modular design, easy operation, easy installation and disassembly.

    The preload brake system can make intermittent cutting smooth.

    It can be installed horizontally, vertically, or inverted, with good stability.
