High-strength aluminum alloy (7A09-T6511)

Our aluminum alloy is on par with the international 7075-T651 (aviation grade). It boasts a tensile strength between 572 and 588 MPa, along with a yield strength of 506 to 527 MPa. It has excellent fatigue resistance and deformation resistance.

High-performance spring steel (61Si2MnA / 60Si2MnA)

Its performance is close to international AISI 6150 / 51CrV4 (SUP10). It has low impurity content (S/P ≤ 0.009%/0.002%) and a very shallow decarburization (0.01-0.02 mm). It has excellent fatigue life and elastic limit, suitable for high-load repeated impact.

Alloy steel plate (60512CrVA)

Hardness HBW 260-266, with low inclusions, in line with GB/T standards, and has strong wear resistance and durability.
