Materials and Impact Resistance Structures
Our heavy-duty sockets are made of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. They also have undergone black phosphate treatment on the surface. The wall thickness varies by specific size, generally reaching 15 mm. This thickness is much greater than that of ordinary sockets. This product works especially well under high-torque conditions. Under continuous impact loads, it can provide higher structural strength and better operational reliability.
Safety and Gripping Force Design
This socket is standardly designed with a 6-point configuration. It is suitable for most working conditions. If required, we can also provide a 12-point socket design. The drive end is standardly supplied without a locking device. You can install retaining devices such as pins or O-rings according to your actual needs. These locking devices enhance the stability of our impact socket and improve safety during operation.
Applicable Scenarios and Services
Heavy-duty impact sockets are suitable for various working conditions involving bolted connections, such as wind power, petrochemicals, mining trucks, piling hammers, ball mills, hydropower stations, and nuclear power plants.
They can be used in conjunction with hydraulic torque wrenches, electric wrenches, or pneumatic wrenches. Our Heavy-duty impact sockets can meet high-torque tightening and disassembly requirements.
Our impact socket complies with ANSI/ASME standards, and we offer a one-year warranty.
Customization and Procurement Support
Our heavy-duty impact sockets can be used with compatible torque adapters.
We welcome OEM orders and offer bulk pricing. Customization services are available for special sizes. The minimum order quantity for this product is 5 pieces. You can place orders flexibly to meet your engineering or inventory requirements.
