Synchronous Lifting Systems
It is commonly called a synchronous lifting system or synchronous jacking system. It can drive 4 or more hydraulic cylinders to jack up simultaneously. It’s often used for bridge jacking, lifting and lowering, steel structure installation, etc. The lifting accuracy can be up to 0.1mm to guarantee the synchronous operation. On the basis of the standard sync jacking system, there is also an extended product, such as a 3D jacking system.
Steel strand jacking systems are another style of sync jacking systems. It uses a hydraulic cylinder to lift by alternately gripping and pulling the steel strands.
