CLRG Series Double Acting High Tonnage Cylinder

This versatile lifting tool uses pressurized hydraulic fluid to extend its ram and lift heavy loads. Its simple single-acting design means hydraulic pressure only powers the lifting stroke; a built-in spring return mechanism automatically retracts the ram when pressure is released. This results in a robust, compact, and cost-effective jack ideal for common lifting, positioning, and maintenance tasks across automotive, industrial, and construction applications. Its reliability and ease of use make it a fundamental tool for safely handling substantial weights.

Maximum working pressure: 70 MPa

Features:

  1. Double-acting design, hydraulic reset.
  2. Piston rod is hard chrome plated to prevent scratches and corrosion.
  3. Dust ring reduces pollution and extends the service life of hydraulic cylinder.
  4. Special guide ring design provides support for the pressure of offset center and effectively prevents direct friction between piston rod and inner wall to reduce wear and extend the service life of hydraulic cylinder.
  5. Safety smell prevents damage caused by overpressure.
  6. Painted surface has stronger corrosion resistance.
  7. Bottom mounting hole provides reliable and convenient installation
  8. All models are equipped with NPT3/8″ quick connector and dust cap.
  9. Interchangeable hard-treated groove saddle is standard configuration.
  10. Eccentric load head and special purpose jack can be formulated according to working conditions.

Yes, but please use synchronous lifting system.

Ensure:

  • All jacks are same model & capacity.

  • Load is evenly distributed.

  • The lifting surface is level and stable.

The loading capacity and stroke are vey necessary. Besides, is it single acting or double acting, lock nut type or standard. Please provide as many information as possible.

Service intervals depend on usage:

  • Industrial daily use: Inspect oil/seals monthly; full service yearly.

  • Occasional use: Check oil level & function every 6 months.
    Always clean the ram after use and store in a dry place.

Use only ISO VG 32 or VG 46 hydraulic oil (AW or anti-wear grade preferred).
