Service intervals depend on usage:

Industrial daily use: Inspect oil/seals monthly; full service yearly.

Occasional use: Check oil level & function every 6 months.
Always clean the ram after use and store in a dry place.
Use only ISO VG 32 or VG 46 hydraulic oil (AW or anti-wear grade preferred).
